Physical Therapy Associates, INC has a long history of serving the community. In 2002, Guy Wallace opened the first office in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Since that time, PT Associates, INC. has grown to six offices in locations surrounding Hardin County. In addition to Elizabethtown, we currently have offices in Hodgenville, Radcliff, Bardstown, Brandenburg, and Louisville.
