Speaker: Jay McChord
Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Jay graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1991 where he distinguished himself athletically by becoming a three-year letterman at UK as the University's Wildcat mascot, the first in the school's history to place in national competitions. Jay brings a unique understanding, perspective and insight to the process of problem solving in today's economy and workplace. Along with serving on numerous charitable boards, Jay has served four terms on the Lexington Fayette-Urban County Council in Kentucky. In addition, Jay illustrated and authored "A Veteran's Legacy." This book is a journal for retired and active military members to share their experiences and legacy with family, friends and community members. Jay McChord brings a wealth of creativity, energy, and insight to solving problems in todays' workplace and he has a message for every individual.
