ServsSafe Food Handler Training, Exam, and Certification Offered!
The Chamber has partnered with the Bardstown-Nelson County Tourism Hospitality Association and will be hosting a ServSafe Food Handlers Class for restaurant employees on April 25th. This training provides individuals working in restaurants and non-restaurant facilities with an overview of food safety issues, regulations, and techniques to maintain a food-safe environment. The course will consist of classroom training using the ServSafe Food Handler Book. The cost includes training, textbook, and certification test. The book is provided after registration and payment for the class. Lunch by Bardstown Bourbon Company is included and sponsored by the Bardstown- Nelson County Tourism and will be followed by a one hour review and exam. A photo ID and email address are required.
