The Mission of the Nelson County Community Clinic is to provide access to basic health, dental, vision care, prescription assistance, medicare benefits counseling,advocacy, and education to the low income residents of Nelson County who are working or medically disabled, but remain uninsured or under insured, which will result in a heather community
